Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IQ Routing platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

IQ Routing provides intelligent routing of API requests across multiple AI and LLM providers. The Service includes a management dashboard, API gateway, analytics, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.

5. API Keys and Credentials

You are solely responsible for safeguarding API keys and credentials associated with your account. IQ Routing operates on a bring-your-own-key basis: requests are routed to third-party model providers using credentials you supply, under the terms of those providers. IQ Routing does not currently route requests through shared or managed provider credential pools. If IQ Routing establishes managed-pool provider agreements in the future, it will update these Terms and the Subprocessors and Pool Providers pages before doing so. You acknowledge that provider-specific terms of service also apply to requests routed through those providers.

6. Billing and Payment

Fees are billed according to the plan you select. Usage-based charges are calculated at the end of each billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IQ Routing and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you submit through the Service.

8. Data Handling

Request and response payloads routed through the Service are processed transiently and are not stored beyond what is necessary for logging and analytics as configured in your account settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQ Routing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
