This page runs its check in your browser, so with JavaScript off it has nothing to show you. The gateway answers the same question directly at gateway.iq-routing.com/ready, which returns a 200 and the word ready when the database and cache are both reachable, and a 503 otherwise.

Reporting an incident

If you are seeing errors, elevated latency, or a service that is not responding, email support@iq-routing.com with the time, the request behavior you observed, and any request ID from the response headers. We acknowledge confirmed outages and post updates here as the situation develops.

To be notified of confirmed incidents, email support@iq-routing.com and ask to be added to the incident notification list. We use it only for outage and recovery notices.
